Paper · Ink · Gradient.
The Swimlanes design system. Tokens, type, and components that show up consistently across the site, the proposal docs, and the work product. For partners, vendors, and ourselves.
The four-wave gradient.
The mark is four ascending wave paths in a cyan-to-indigo gradient. It reads as both a logo and an operations metaphor: parallel lanes moving in the same direction. The mark works on paper, on ink, and at favicon scale (the SVG is hand-tuned for legibility down to 16×16).
Two surfaces. One gradient.
The system runs on two surface tones — paper and ink — with the brand gradient reserved for accents and the mark itself. A single mid-blue accent picks up calls-to-action and key data points.
A four-family stack.
Display sets headlines and section labels. Serif italic carries emphasis and pull-quotes. Body handles long-form. Mono labels everything operational — durations, IDs, status.
Specific. Plain. Active.
We say what we mean and avoid the words other consultancies use. Every claim is backed by a number or a deliverable. Every sentence does its own job.
- "We ship X in four weeks.""Accelerated delivery timelines."
- "$160k recovered, week one.""Significant ROI improvement."
- "Same rail, then maintained.""End-to-end lifecycle support."
- "Eval before live.""Best-in-class quality assurance."
- "Hand-over means hand-over.""Strategic partnership."
